This time will be different....

Whether this is your first or fiftieth attempt at achieving a healthier weight, we’ll make it stick this time. No more points, calories, fitbits, carb grams. My approach to weight management is about focusing on wholesome, nourishing, delicious food first. When we give the body what it needs, a healthy weight will follow.

Individual Approach

There is no “one size fits all” diet for a healthy weight. We will work together to find the right plan for you. This will include your individual tastes, your lifestyle and cooking skills. Instead of pre-packaged meal plans, we will collaborate together on a framework for diet and exercise. 

Package includes 10 sessions, starting weekly and spreading out over the course of the next months:

  • 4 weekly sessions
  • 4 biweekly sessions
  • 2 monthly sessions
