What to expect:
Our initial meeting will last approximately 60 minutes where will will discuss your health past, present and future. Follow up visits are scheduled 1-2 weeks apart and are 45 minutes. As of 2016, all consultations are done via online web video through my patient portal.

- Stress and sleep evaluation
- Discussion of health and nutrition goals - longterm and short term
- Creation of manageable action plan to achieve these goals
- Follow up appointments to discuss progress, barriers and move forward
